After many years of reclusive creation I finally have stepped down from my attic. I have been making dolls and art pottery for almost 10 years. My “Zelda” piece was in the Governor’s Mansion for nearly two years as part of a rotation display of Oregon ceramic artists. Like most of my work, it was highly personal and not for sale.
My New Years resolution was to become a “real, grown up artist” and committed to having a booth at the annual Oregon Potter’s Association Ceramic Showcase. I love doing this show. The talent of this group of artists is inspiring, the variety of work presented is fabulous.
I am already back in the studio and will have many new pieces for sale this fall. I will be at Flutter for Fall 2013. Please join me for an artist reception on Thursday, November 14th from 5-8pm. More information can be found at my facebook artist page Lost Dolls.
